We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team in GROVELAND, Fl. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by combining raw materials to produce high-quality finished products. This position requires a strong understanding of production processes, equipment operation, and quality control measures.

Shift - Day shift

12 hours a days 6am to 6 pm Monday through Friday

Pay- Starting at $17 an hour , willing to negotiate based on experience and duration of experience.

Responsibilities:

- Mechanically combine raw materials to produce finished products.

- Understand and execute mixing processes for active solution vessels, premixes, and raw material bases.

- Operate computer-controlled production systems to manage various raw material ingredients.

- Resolve daily operational issues with minimal supervision to ensure continuous workflow.

- Uphold housekeeping standards by maintaining cleanliness in the assigned work area.

- Complete daily job checklists, equipment checks, and calibrations to ensure product quality.

- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, samples, and equipment operations.

- Utilize a forklift to safely transport materials within the production facility.

- Conduct regular safety audits on equipment to promote a safe working environment.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant experience preferred.

- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

- Ability to set up and operate production machinery efficiently and safely.

- Strong attention to detail and quality control standards.

- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot machine issues during operation.

- Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring.

- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.

- Physical stamina and strength to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
